I watched Frank grow into a caring, capable young man. When I last saw him a few weeks ago, he proudly showed photos of the children to his grandfather and myself. His radiant smile lit up, as with great pride and love he described their varied interests and accomplishments. It is with great sorrow that we say goodbye to him. We pray that Frank is at peace, and I feel in my heart that he is now a guardian angel to his most beloved children. We send our love and sympathy to his grieving mother, wife and children, sisters, brother, as well as all other relatives and friends who had the privilege of knowing, and caring for, Frank, and share in his loss. Though I only saw Uncle Frank a few times, I know what a loving and caring person he truly was. I wish circumstances could have been different, but he will always be loved and missed by everyone. Rest in peace Uncle Frank <3

I did'nt get to know frank as much as I would have liked too. when I was around him he was he was kind and, fun loving. He will be missed!!!
